Think of Empower U as a living book that teaches you the skills to make changes, and stay consistent in them while becoming consciously aware of what you are creating.

Small changes yield huge results. When I designed Empower U, I wanted an efficient, affordable, easy, accessible, and results-driven program as well as a physical location you can walk into. There are different options so you can choose what works for your budget, and how fast you want to grow.

Thought Energy will help you understand what your thoughts are truly creating. By understanding the power each of your thoughts possesses, as well as how that thought shows up for you to experience, you will be able to accurately choose which thoughts and beliefs align with what you want to live.

Slow Down the Mind will teach you how to create space in the mind, and that space is the only place where you can find your next move. It is much easier to add to an empty room than clean out a lot of clutter!

The Now describes the only living energy that you are consciously or unconsciously creating in. A greater understanding of the now can empower you to be more accurate in deciding what thoughts you would like to focus on. When you learn to become more present, it is easier to identify a negative thought or a repeating thought that makes you feel bad. 

Mapping is a very powerful concept to understand. You will learn what it means to scan the body over your entire belief system to see what you are creating in your reality. Gain a deeper understanding of the power of your negative thoughts and what they are telling you. The only way to master your outer reality is to master your inner reality.

Circles reflect your belief systems, your past, and your choices. You will learn to manage your nows in a new and efficient way. 

The lesson on Doors will teach you the idea that each Now holds two different doors, a positive and a negative. In each moment, you are presented with a choice as to which door you open—the positive leads to possibilities, the negative leads to challenges.
